The royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is due to take place on 19 May 2018 at Windsor Castle in England. Prince Henry of Wales, known as Prince Harry, is the second son of Charles, Prince of Wales and Diana, Princess of Wales. He and Meghan Markle, an American actress best known for her role in Suits, have been in a relationship since June 2016. On 27 November 2017, Clarence House announced that Prince Harry would marry Meghan Markle in the spring of 2018. They were engaged earlier the same month in London, with the Prince giving Markle a custom engagement ring made by Cleave and Company, consisting of a large central diamond from Botswana, with two smaller diamonds from his mother’s jewellery collection. The service will begin at 7 a.m. EST (12 p.m. GMT) at St. George’s Chapel, lasting about an hour. After the service Harry and Meghan will exit the church together, greeting the 200 representatives of Harry’s charities in the Cloister first, then their close family members on the West Steps, before entering their Ascot Landau carriage for a 25-minute procession, waving to the crowds before entering the reception hosted by Queen Elizabeth II at St. George’s Hall in the castle.
