Raze is another Valorant agent, this time from Brazil. Raze’s fighting style involves highly
powerful blasts of energy and tons of explosions. As a duelist, Raze is always prepared to
charge into battle, which she easily dominates with her dynamic playstyle.
Raze’s first ability is called “Blast Pack.” Raze can throw a blast pack anywhere in her vicinity, and it will stick to surfaces. Once secured and planted, the blast pack can be activated and once it is, it will detonate and damage anything it hits. Also, players hit by this blast pack will be launched back into the air away from the explosion. Raze herself is not damaged by these explosions, and can ride on them to launch herself into the air and onto high ledges.
“Paint Shells” is Raze’s second ability. This one allows her to equip and throw a grenade. Once exploded, the force will damage anyone in their range. Also, once the large grenade has exploded, multiple smaller grenades will fly outwards, and can also detonate and damage others in the same area. These are a great way to force enemy players out of an area and make sure they stay out for a bit.
“Boom Bot” is Raze’s third ability. Raze can deploy a Boom Bot, which is a little robot-like device that travels in straight lines and bounces off walls. The bot will lock onto any enemies within its sight, and will continue to chase them until it is destroyed. If the robot is not successfully destroyed, it will explode in front of the opponent and do immense damage to them.
Raze’s ultimate ability is called “Showstopper.” With this ability, Raze can load a very powerful
rocket launcher. Once shot, the rocket will explode upon landing and do massive area damage to anything and everything in its range. This ultimate ability is really nice to have because it can easily clear out a site and get rid of any enemies who are grouped together.
If you’re into attacks that are very powerful and full of momentum, you should definitely try out Raze. She’s a bit harder to play, but once you get the hang of her, she’s an easy agent to dominate the battlefield with.
